  • Would you like to have more specific Comments from your Social Customers ?
   Many Small Business owners lament the generalized nature of most Customer feedback
   on their Social Business Pages or Accounts .
  
   The problem is that those Posting negative comments tend to be very specific eg ,

" I really was turned off by how rude Sally the Waitress was , and your Hamburgers

   had too much ketchup and not enough onions "


  Whilst the more common Positive comments tend to be complimentary , but written in
  general terms .
